FAA Part 107 Certified Commercial Drone Pilot and Aerial Imaging Specialist

I’m an award-winning aerial videographer and photographer, celebrated for bringing a fresh, breathtaking perspective to the craft. As an FAA-certified commercial drone pilot, I blend technical expertise with a deep passion for capturing the world from above. My dedication to excellence and creative vision have earned me recognition as a standout specialist in the field. My love for nature and wildlife drives my work, inspiring me to pioneer early innovations like Infrared Imaging and 360 Spherical Panoramas. By merging cutting-edge techniques with an artistic eye, I’ve carved a unique niche in aerial storytelling.

Serving clients across North America, I deliver top-tier commercial services tailored to diverse industries. Beyond that, I offer a curated collection of Fine Art Photographs—stunning, custom-framed pieces that bring the wild beauty of the outdoors into homes and offices, seamlessly complementing any decor.

My lens has taken me to some of the planet’s most stunning locales: the rugged shores of Northeast Florida, Georgia’s coastal gems, the vibrant Greater Montreal Region, the majestic Alps of Switzerland, the timeless allure of France, and the tranquil landscapes of Northern Italy. Whether I’m framing nature’s wonders or advocating for boating safety, I’m committed to pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling and sharing the world’s awe-inspiring beauty from above.

(UAV/UAS) DRONE WORKSHOP For America’s Boating Channel

My latest mini-adventure brought me more into the world of an FAA Commercial Remote PIlot than that of a photographer, right here in my hometown of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida! I was contacted by Marty Lafferty, Grant Project Manager for America's Boating Channel, a registered trademark of the United States Power Squadrons.

I had great fun working with Oracom producing this interview in French just like I did with Lexus Canada creating a short film.

Restricted Airspace Aerial UAV Drone Photography of Dutton Island Preserve

I wanted to share my experience with this specific mission in order to hopefully help fellow UAV Pilots understand what they are confronted with and demystify the process. I'll be using this mission at the Dutton Island Preserve in Atlantic Beach, FL that lies within the restricted Airspace of NAS Mayport as an example. However, the process will be similar in the restricted airspace of most Military Air Stations, especially on the East Coast.

Once in a while, I'll leave with my compact Osmo Action and a few filters. I always bring a mini tripod, a stake to hold the camera in sand and a vice clamp to assure I can mount the camera to railings, posts and other objects.. Last week I decided to bring the Osmo Action to the NE Florida Intercoastal waters and play with my Osmo Action
